3 Hands-On Hours £375
Perfect for couples who’ve planned their own wedding but want an expert to step in and bring everything together on the day or to help set up those all-important personal touches before the celebrations begin.
Includes:
Pre-Wedding Zoom Consultation (1 Hour): We’ll talk through your full-day timeline, supplier details, and any special requests or priorities. I’ll help you refine the flow of your day and share expert tips to make sure everything feels effortless.
On-the-Day or Pre-Wedding Setup (3 Hours): Hands-on help with either styling and setting up décor or on-the-day coordination during your key hours.
Smooth Transitions & Flow: I’ll oversee those key transitions (from ceremony to reception, speeches to cake cutting) ensuring everything unfolds beautifully.
Supplier & Guest Communication: Calm and friendly coordination to ensure everyone knows where they need to be and when.

Full Day of Flow
Up to 8 Hours On-The-Day Coordination £675
For couples who want to hand over the reins and enjoy every moment of their day knowing that every detail is being handled with care.
Includes:
Pre Wedding Meeting: In-person or via Zoom (venue preferred if possible) to walk through your full-day timeline, logistics, and key details.
On the Day Coordination (8 Hours): Full management from morning prep to early evening overseeing suppliers, transitions, décor changes, and guest needs.
Point of Contact: I’ll liaise with all suppliers, guests, and the venue to make sure your plans run smoothly and you can stay fully present.
Problem Solving & Support: I handle any hiccups discreetly so you don’t even notice them happening!

The ultimate peace-of-mind package for couples who want everything handled from early morning preparations to the final dance.
Includes:
3 Pre-Wedding Sessions:Initial 1:1 Zoom Session to explore your vision, goals, and timeline.Midway 1:1 Zoom Session to refine logistics, confirm suppliers, and tackle any last-minute challenges.Final In Person Venue Meeting a detailed walk-through of your venue and full day plan to ensure nothing is missed.
Full Day On the-Day Coordination (10 Hours): I’ll be there from start to finish, managing every aspect of your wedding overseeing suppliers, transitions, décor changes, and guest experience so your day flows seamlessly.
Dedicated Communication & Support: You’ll have me by your side every step of the way, managing the day so you can focus on love, laughter, and memories.

Extra hours: £75 per hour
Pre-wedding setup day before or pack-down day after: 3 hours £275 (additional hours can be added as needed)
Payment options
I understand that planning a wedding can be a big financial commitment, so I do my best to be flexible and supportive when it comes to payments. You can choose the option that works best for you:
Pay in Full — simple and straightforward.
Deposit Option: Secure your date with a £150 deposit, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before your wedding day.
Monthly Instalments: Spread the cost of your package into easy monthly payments, with the final instalment taken 4 weeks before your wedding date.
Many couples find the instalment option helps make budgeting a little easier during their planning journey. If you’d like to discuss a different arrangement or have any questions about payments, please don’t hesitate to ask.
